International journal of Engineering and Innovations (IJEI)

International Journal of Engineering and Innovations [IJEI] is an international journal of general engineering streams, publishing monthly for researchers, developers, technical managers, and educators in the field of general engineering. Original articles of research, reports, reviews and commentaries are welcomed by IJEI. The main motto of this journal is to produce a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote / share / discuss various new innovative ideas or issues and development in all area of engineering.

International Journal of Engineering and Innovations [IJEI] is an open access, scholarly peer-reviewed, and academic research journal for scientists, engineers, research scholars, and academicians, which gains a foothold in Asia and opens to the world, aims to publish original, theoretical and practical advances in Computer Science,Information Technology, Engineering (Software, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics & Electrical), Management and Information Sciences and all interdisciplinary streams of Computing Sciences. It intends to disseminate original, scientific, theoretical or applied research in the field of Computer Sciences and allied fields. It provides a platform for publishing results and research with a strong empirical component.

International Journal of Engineering and Innovations [IJEI] aims to bridge the significant gap between research and practice by promoting the publication of original, novel, industry-relevant research.Authors are cordially invited to submit full length paper, Original and unpublished research articles, based on theoretical or experimental works, are solicited for publication in the journal. Submission of article implies that the work described has not been published previously (except in the form of an abstract or academic thesis) and is not under consideration for publication elsewhere.

Article/Paper Acceptance Requirements

The criteria for an article to be accepted for publication include:

  2. The submission file is in Microsoft Word including Tables, Figures arranged appropriately.
  3. The text adheres to the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.

Peer Review Process

The Editors review each paper and if judged suitable for the publication, it is then sent to two referees for peer review. Based on their recommendations, the editors decide whether the paper should be accepted or revised or reject.

Initial screening
  1. At the first stage, with an aim to have a quick decision, manuscripts will generally be screened by the Editor-in- Chief and the concerned Asst. Editors, who are domain experts for the research area of the manuscript.
  2. At this stage, if it is felt that the manuscript is not relevant to the journal, manuscripts may be rejected without sending the manuscript for peer review.
  3. This initial screening process saves the time of the authors so that they could submit their manuscripts for other publishers/journals.
Peer Review Process
  1. Manuscripts that are screened for peer review will be sent to two independent reviewers who are identified by the Co-Editor.
  2. Manuscripts may also be sent out for statistical review.
  3. The reviewers might accept the manuscript, reject the manuscript or might require a minor or major revision for style and/or content.
  4. For the acceptance of paper for publication, two positive reviews are required. If one reviewer's report is negative, the paper is forwarded to a third reviewer for third opinion/review.
  5. When changes/revision are/is suggested by the reviewer(s), the authors should incorporate the changes, and then resubmit the revised manuscript within a timeline suggested.
  6. Reviewers may suggest more than one revision of a manuscript wherever necessary.
  7. After the favourable opinions of reviewers, the paper is accepted for publication by the Editor-in- Chief and the responsible Co-Editor and is placed in an issue sequence.
